COMPANIES WHO HAVE PAID THE NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE BUT FAILED TO FORMALLY REGISTER AT THE DATE AND TIME STATED ABOVE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS ACCEPTABLE TENDERER.
TENDER BOND SHALL BE ISSUED BY A BANK REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF QATAR.
Effective from 1st July 2023, bids from Local Suppliers and Contractors (companies established under the Laws of State of Qatar with local Commercial Registration) who are not in possession of an ICV score in the ICV portal by Tender Closing Date (or commercial bid submission date if separately mentioned/notified) will not be accepted. - الشركات التي قد تدفع رسوم التسجيل في المناقصة ولكنها لم تسجل في التاريخ والوقت المحددين لن تعتبر مقبولة للإشتراك في المناقصة.
- يجب أن يكون خطاب تأمين العطاء صادرا عن بنك مسجل لدى دولة قطر فقط .
- اعتبارًا من 1 يوليو 2023 ، لن يتم قبـــول العطـــاءات المقدمة من الموردين والمقاولين المحليين (الشركات المنشأة بموجب قوانين دولة قطر وتمتلك سجل تجاري قطري) الذين لا يمتلكون شهاده القــــيمة المــــحلية المـــسجله في بوابة القيمة المحلية (توطين ) بحلول تاريخ إغلاق العطاء (أو تاريخ تقديم العطاء التجاري إذا تم ذكره / إخطاره بشكل منفصل).
- تُعــفى الشركة المحلية التي تم تأسيسها منذ أقل من عامين من هذا المطلب.
